The Falcon Trophy is not awarded for the best pitch on the night. It is awarded for the strongest build across a full year of real work, tested ideas, and commercial proof. Winning it is the beginning, not the end.

How to apply
A process built to find the best builders not the best presenters.
Your application is reviewed by two independent reviewers using a published, weighted scoring framework. Every eligible application is assessed fairly against the same criteria before a single decision is made.
Your application should cover your problem statement, proposed solution, market evidence, early feasibility thinking, intended impact, and your plan for the 90 days of the programme. An optional pitch video is strongly recommended.

Every stage is structured, transparent, and designed to bring the strongest builders forward.
Most programmes reward the best pitch. We reward the best builder. Ideas Made Real is a structured, year-long pathway from raw idea to investment-ready business, and the champion's journey continues for a full year after the showcase.
Stage 02
50 Shortlisted Candidates
The strongest 50 are shortlisted and invited to in-country GCC assessment centres.

The Assessment Centre
In-country events across all 6 GCC countries. 20 participants selected.

Mentor and Refine
Structured refinement and venture support to develop investment-ready outcomes.

Build and Showcase
Five finalist teams work with Avela Global and present in Dubai for the Falcon Trophy.
The Assessment Centre - Unique to Ideas Made Real. Our teams travel to partner universities across Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and UAE to run in-country Assessment Centres ensuring the strongest builders from every GCC country have an equal chance to compete. Not a classroom exercise. A real pressure test - selecting the 20 strongest builders to advance to mentorship phase
Stage 05
Build Your Prototype. Take the Stage.
Five finalist teams work directly with Avela Global to build professionally developed, commercially viable prototypes. Real products. Real engineering. Real evidence that the idea works beyond a slide deck.
On 30 October 2026, all five finalists present their prototypes at the GCC national showcase. One team is awarded the Falcon Trophy. And then the champion's real journey begins.

Prototype Development
- Avela Global's 22-year OEM network delivers professional prototype build across electronics, consumer goods, and industrial sectors. Finalists receive hands-on engineering support, manufacturing connections, and quality control oversight.
The Falcon Trophy
- The Falcon Trophy is not awarded for the best pitch on the night. It is awarded for the strongest build across a full year of real work, tested ideas, and commercial proof. Winning it is the beginning, not the end.

- Every finalist receives national media coverage through Quantum Media, formal recognition at a nationally significant commercial event, and connections to GCC investors, Founding Partners, and the wider ecosystem through the programme network.
